At mySaleslms, we are committed to providing a seamless and rewarding learning experience for all our valued learners, partners (coaches), and mentors. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy: 

Course Subscription Fees: 

All course subscription fees are non-refundable once learners have gained access to the course materials or completed any portion of the course. 

Refunds for course subscriptions will only be considered if a written request is received within 48 hours of the initial subscription purchase, and no course content has been accessed during this period. 

One-Off Course Fees: 

For one-off course fees, learners are eligible for a full refund if they submit a written refund request within 7 days of the purchase date and have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. 

Partner (Coach) and Mentor Management Fees: 

Partner and mentor management fees are charged for the administration and support provided by mySaleslms. These fees are non-refundable. 

Special Circumstances: 

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant special consideration for refunds. If learners believe they have a valid reason for a refund outside of the specified guidelines, they may submit a written request for review. All decisions regarding special circumstances will be made at the sole discretion of mySaleslms. 

Refund Processing: 

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to refunds@mysaleslms.com. Please include the learner's name, course details, and the reason for the refund request. 

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request approval. 

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
